Nicely decorated and fully equipped, The Pour House is a great choice for those who enjoy dining, relaxing, and entertaining on the water. Beach access is a short walk away. Catch beautiful morning sunrises overlooking the canal while relaxing on your screened deck. Enjoy quality family time and peace of mind while watching your children or pet play in the fenced backyard. This lovely, cozy home has four comfortable bedrooms; all bedrooms have shared bathroom access. The spacious garage features a seating area for lounging and entertaining. Pack lightly, your vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

Was nice and family had fun. Not very clean when I got there. It took them two days to pick up previous linens from previous eeek. It was close to beach and on water. Overall a good time with family.

This is an ideal “pet friendly” vacation home. The furnishings are comfortable (but somewhat dated) and it has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The fenced in yard keeps pets secure and the walk to the beach is short. The living area is perfect for 2-4 people but seating isn’t easy for more than that. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor so if you do much laundry you will get a lot of steps in! The shower and ping pong table are also on the ground floor and are nice amenities. Lots of games and books available too! Overall a good place to go with your pet/s if you don’t need deluxe accommodations.

The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids, wife’s mother, and our two small dogs. One house back from the main beach road, with very close and easily traveled public beach access.

We had an awesome stay, it was close to the beach and we love the screen in porch to sit out there to enjoy the sunset. The back yard was great for our dog. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Pour House! The house is so close to the beach, which is awesome even in the winter. We loved how pet friendly it is, especially the fenced in yard. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Excellent Vacation

Home was great for our needs. Loved the outside area and easy walk to the beach. Wish there was a little more seating in the living area but it didn’t bother us as we used the dining table for meals and outdoor area for hanging out.

Loved The Pour House

The Pour House was just perfect for our month long vacation to celebrate my retirement. This house is well appointed with all the comforts of home, great view of the canal and close access to the beach. Definitely hope to go again next year!
