The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
June-August: Place sheets and towels for beds in the linen bags that were provided at check in. Leave the comforters, blankets, pillow and mattress protectors in place as they belong to the home,
Roll the garbage cans 15 feet to the road (close to mailbox) Monday and Friday evening for an early Tuesday and Saturday pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool rules - quiet time starts at 10:30 pm EST.

We vacationed at Holden Beach and loved the area so much that we decided to purchase a home to host. This particular home is unsurpassed with Ocean Views, Marsh Views, and a pool. The neighbors and community are friendly.
