Perfect size and sleeping arrangements for our family of 7. Outdoor shower is convenient for bringing sandy kiddos off the beach, as is the back porch for keeping all the wet stuff out of site. We were very appreciative of availability for a short-notice reservation and with the owner’s flexibility with our arrival time and her attentive communication. Great sunrise and sunset views from the back porch. Definitely would book again.

So glad the space worked well for your family of 7 — the sleeping arrangements, outdoor shower for sandy kiddos, and back porch for stashing wet gear are exactly the kind of details that make a beach stay easier. It's wonderful to hear the sunrise and sunset views from the porch stood out too. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review!

The house is really nice, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Very short walk to a public beach access. There are several beach chairs, toys, Boogie boards etc available. The area is so calm and quiet in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the front deck. Shopping is a 5 minute drive away. Several local restaurants to choose from. We will return to Holden Beach!

Great house. Perfect distance to a quiet public beach access at this time of year. Although just two of us could have easily accommodated 8 with all the beds. Well stocked kitchen and great gathering places at the spacious dining table and deck seating area. Guest host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We had a great stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The public beach access was very close and easy to get to. The front porch was wide and with great furniture too. Elizabeth was quick to respond to all of our questions and even called to check in with the inclement weather. Definitely recommend.

We have been visiting Holden for over 10 years and this house is now one of our favorites. It has been perfectly renovated, beautiful inside and out. We loved the deck area, plenty of seating and space for everyone to relax. A short walk from the public beach access! Wonderful home. We will be visiting again soon.

Great Family Get Away!

We had a wonderful stay!!! The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The big front porch was a favorite, sitting in the shade watching the pelicans flying by! Kitchen was well equipped, and huge dining table perfect for family meals. The host was also very easy to communicate with, and attentive. Beds were comfortable too. This vacation is one for the memory books! Thank you for a great vacation spot.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Our Family of Eight 🌊🏡

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home in Holden Beach! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear—which made settling in super easy. Its location was ideal, just a short stroll to beach access, so we could come and go as we pleased. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to fit our group of eight perfectly. Everyone—from grandparents to grandkids—was happy and relaxed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely recommend to families looking for a hassle-free beach vacation!

This place is so amazing. It’s a few steps to the beach. You can watch the waves coming in from the porch and living room windows. This home was nicely decorated and so clean. The dining room table was wonderful for games. Will stay here again in the future.
