Welcome to “The 19th Hole,” your ultimate Sunriver escape perched on the 18th tee box of The Woodlands golf course, with sweeping views of the greens and a peaceful lake. Surrounded by mature trees, long sawgrass, and natural stone steps, this inviting home is all about comfort, connection, and outdoor adventure.



Step inside to a spacious, light-filled layout with vaulted ceilings, rich wood accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the stunning outdoors in. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are perfect for gathering with family and friends—whether you’re whipping up a meal in the chef’s kitchen, relaxing in the sunken living room, or enjoying a game of shuffleboard in the pub-style game room.

The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups. The primary King suite is a true sanctuary—accessed by stepping down from the living room—with a smart TV, sitting area, private deck access, and floor-to-ceiling windows for full golf course views. The ensuite bath includes a dual vanity, oversized walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. A second King suite sits just right of the entry, offering its own ensuite bath and walk-in glass shower. The country-western inspired Queen bedroom features a mounted TV, dresser, and two nightstands, while the playful bunk room has two built-in bunkbeds (four twins), each with USB outlets, a teepee fort, and a TV—perfect for kids. A shared hallway bath with a tub/shower combo, a separate laundry room with sink, and a half bath off the main entry add to the home’s comfort and convenience.



The oversized driveway and two-car garage offer plenty of parking, an EV charger, ping pong table, dartboard, workbench, five adult bikes and one children’s bike, plus outdoor toys and cornhole for endless fun.

NOTE - SHARC Passes: Guests booking stays from January 1, 2026 forward will have access to 4 SHARC Passes with their stay! -- Your stay will include complimentary passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), giving you and your guests access to pools, waterslides, a lazy river, and year-round family fun. The SHARC passes also unlock access to Sunriver’s tennis and pickleball courts, as well as the boat launch—so you can make the most of every moment, whether you’re playing a match, paddling on the river, or simply relaxing poolside.



Golf Course Note: The Woodlands Golf Course is private and access is limited to members and their guests. Golf privileges are not included with your rental, nor are they part of SHARC amenities.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check-in, with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!



The Neighborhood:

Sunriver, Oregon is the Pacific Northwest's premier recreational and vacation destination since 1968, located about fifteen miles south of Bend in Central Oregon on the eastern side of the Deschutes River at the base of the Cascade Range, offering up to 300 days of sunshine each year! All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.
