Located on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, with convenient access to restaurants, this gulf-front condo offers a romantic beach getaway or a family beach adventure. This rental sits right on one of the most famous beaches in Florida, where you can visit the world-famous Caddy's beach restaurant or take a short drive to John's Pass to find a Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and a fantastic boardwalk. This condo is also conveniently close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa for even more fun!

A couple items should be addressed with this condo. Better instructions on the key pad, 10 digit code is ridiculous & half the time it would give us the red light when we were only half way thru. Need to remove "pool" on the description, there is No pool, it is filled in with sand now. There were 2 sets of keys there with no instructions what they were for. Elevator does Not shut down at 8pm as so instructed on the condos notes. But the condo itself was beautiful!
