Getting Around:

Getting around has never been easier! Located just 15 minutes off the major highway inside the community, travel is a breeze! There are 3 parking spots in the driveway as well.

HOA fees applicable for the following:

Missing Wristbands Penalty - $25.00 per piece

Fishing - $10 fish restocking fee per angler (PA Fishing License Required)



PLEASE READ before booking:

We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 4 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $35.00.

Only dogs are allowed with a pet fee. Please ask beforehand.



*Reservations made outside of Airbnb need to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If not, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Please ensure timely payment to secure your booking.*
