The house was within a very short walk from the convention center. Publix was also right around the corner and also walking distance (unless you buy a lot of groceries) . We had 9 people staying in the house which is is a lot for only 2 bathrooms. We all work well together so it was fine but it was a challenge. The upstairs where the bedrooms and one bathroom was a bit toasty until the sun went down and the a/c could catch up. Downstairs was nice and cool. We were thankful for the fans in every room. Jim was very accommodating in allowing us in earlier in the day we checked in and allowed us to stay a little later on check out day since our convention didn't end until 1pm. The bathroom lighting could also be better. Over all the house worked for us.
