This home has everything you need to have a comfy stay away from home. Centrally located with super easy access to all things Derby and just a few minutes to Wichita and surrounding areas. Situated on a private 1 acre lot on the north end of town. Newly remodeled giving you a modern stay and all the amenities you need, all in a ranch style home. Pool table, hot tub with huge back patio and tons of room to kick back and relax.
Smoking indoors or party of any kind is not allowed and will result in a $1,000 fine.

House was amazing. Spacious and very clean! Bed was comfortable. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub were a nice added bonus! We will definitely stay here again next year on our trip.
