It was a nice location for sure, it looks as advertised inside, it’s right in the center of a plethora of stores as it’s right downtown. I just wish the host was responsive faster but besides that 5 stars!

Great location, great value. Looks like it was renovated in 2017. They just missed on the details. Mismatched curtains, very minimal kitchen utensils, and some things that need maintenance. A little attention and upkeep would go along way to turning this from ok to excellent. FYI, that "brick" wall is peeling wallpaper that isn't lined up all that well.

This rental was exceptionally perfect. Location was walkable to Broad and Walnut area, easy parking, and not having to deal with the Center City traffic coming and going was ideal. Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!
