Located just 10mins from the FrenchQuarter,City Park. Three big bedrooms with 12ft ceilings and a fireplace. Large living room with a foyer on first floor, along with the spacious kitchen. 1 full bath on the second floor and 1 half bath on the first floor. Downstairs bedroom is a traditional shotgun style walkthrough. All making up 1,650 square feet of luxuriously spacious house. There is a front porch and a balcony on the second floor.
