4. No more then 3 guests vehicles and all must be parked in the driveway.
No guest vehicles can be parked on the sidewalk between 1000 pm and 0800 am
5. No RV's or campers permitted
6.. Owner is responsible for remitting 10% of rent to the City of Rancho Mirage
7.. Any fines issued by the City of Rancho Mirage for any above listed rules violations will be passed on the the Renters.
