This oceanfront retreat was thoughtfully designed with families and friends in mind. Featuring a reverse floor plan, the spacious top level is the heart of the home, with an open-concept living and dining area perfect for gathering. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare meals throughout your stay, while the comfortable living room offers plenty of seating for everyone to relax together. Just outside, the oceanfront deck invites you to soak in sweeping views of the beach and rolling waves.

For added convenience, an elevator runs from the ground floor to all levels, making it easy to move between floors with groceries, luggage, or beach gear. There is parking available for 3 vehicles only and all vehicles must fit under the house in the carport.

This home is located in a prime location within walking distance to Surf City’s restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and entertainment, making this home as practical as it is beautiful. Whether you’re splashing in the waves, strolling through town, or simply watching the tide roll in from your deck, My Turn #207 sets the stage for an unforgettable coastal escape.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Linens are included and beds (with the exception of top bunks and trundles) will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! This pet-friendly home allows 1 dog per reservation for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog.
