Hilton Head Vacation Rental on the practice green and driving range!

This villa is located beside the Robert Trent Jones driving range and one of its practice greens!

As you enter the villa foyer you are greeted by the Kitchen, Dining and Living Areas. The Kitchen comes fully equipped to meet all your family's cooking needs. The Washer and Dryer are located here as well. The Dining Area has seating for Six, with an additional table and seating for two located between the Dining and Living Areas. The Living Room features comfortable furniture and is large enough for your family to spread out in front of the Flat Screen TV.

The First Floor Primary Bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The Primary Bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Second Floor is where you'll find both second and third bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with tiled tub and shower combination between them. The second bedroom has a Queen bed plus a set of Twin Bunk Beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of Twin Bunk Beds.

Outside this large villa you'll be able to enjoy your private deck with its wonderful views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Easily walk to the Robert Trent Jones Clubhouse, Big Jims Restaurant, General Store, Alexanders Restaurant and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The set up of the condo was great for our family. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. My complaints were the dirty carpet going up the stairs and the air conditioner on both levels. There was obviously a known problem upstairs due to the fact there were stand up fans in the closets. The mattresses needed to be replaced. Great location and other furniture were good. We had a great time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. One day we stayed in because of the tropical storm. The rest of the time was awesome. We have stayed here 3 times. My only complaint is that we can only have 2 parking passes. I think that if you rent a 3 bedroom you should have 3 car passes. It is just not nice to have a third car parked across the highway. Should at least have a place for a third car to park within Palmetto Dunes. I would think they could do better than that. The number of bedrooms should be the number of car passes.

The condo was perfectly located walking distance to the tennis/pickleball center, driving range and general store. The back patio had awesome views of golf. Parking was a bit of an issue - we had one car and several nights returned to find no spaces in our area. We figured out that there was some overflow parking across the lagoon - but were never given a heads up that this could be an issue. The actual condo could have used a little updating - but the layout and overall functionality of the space was great!

Received a call on ride from Atlanta when all 3 units were ready for check-in..a first for us! All-in-all very satisfied. Few flaws: Back porch not cleaned; grill uncleaned and not usable; not one pot in kitchen (called front desk and within fifteen minutes a full set cutting board. No mirror in bedroom...a first!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Size of villa is great and clean. Loved the deck. Staff was not friendly at check in. Longer walk to the beach than expected. Pool needed to be cleaned more often. Grass was cut on the practice green at 5:55 am 2 mornings. That seems excessively early for a resort area. Understand that’s not the owners fault, but the golf course should be told. We love dogs, but they were noisy and running all over.

We love staying there and playing tennis. Their transportation to the nearby malls is so helpful. The landscaping, and overall atmosphere feels peaceful. The tennis clinics are awesome!
