Tucked inside Hilton Head's prestigious Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, this beautifully remodeled home delivers the kind of Lowcountry ease that makes it hard to leave - a private saltwater pool shimmering in the South Carolina sun, a spa ready after a long day on the trails, and a courtyard that feels like it belongs in a storybook.



Living space

Inside, the home opens into bright, airy living areas that draw in natural light at every turn. The Carolina room - lined with a wall of windows - is the kind of space you settle into in the morning and don't want to leave. A dedicated workspace keeps you connected if needed, and the TV and comfortable seating make evenings in just as easy as evenings out.



Kitchen & dining

The brand-new kitchen is designed for real use - clean lines, full appliances, and everything you need to cook properly. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table gives the whole group a place to gather, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is ready for backyard cookouts.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided so you can arrive and settle straight in.



Bathrooms

With 2.5 bathrooms, there's rarely a queue. Each is stocked with the basics - hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products. One bathroom features a bathtub for a proper soak after a day out.



Outdoor & recreation

The backyard is where this home really earns its keep. A saltwater heated and chilled pool with a spillover spa anchors the outdoor space, surrounded by outdoor furniture and a patio for long, unhurried afternoons. The garage is home to a ping-pong table - a reliable source of competitive energy for the group. A charming front courtyard adds a touch of Southern character, while the oversized detached 2-car garage offers plenty of space and privacy.



Resort amenities

As a guest at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, you have resort access to an exceptional range of facilities - beach access, world-class golf, tennis courts, biking trails, and an 11-mile lagoon system ideal for canoeing or kayaking. The Dunes Buggy on-demand transportation service offers complimentary rides within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from mid-March through mid-September.



Practical details

The home includes washer and dryer, iron, hangers, air conditioning, heating, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, Wi-Fi, a private entrance, and self check-in via smart lock. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 50 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
