Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read rules before booking.



Pool heating* $100/night on request.

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the private dock to tie up and park their boats; prior authorization is required before bringing or mooring a boat. Please note that the boat lift is strictly for owner use only and is not available for guest use.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

- Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination

of the stay.

-Exterior security cameras are located at the front door/doorbell, facing the driveway, facing the pool equipment area, and facing the dock. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor interior spaces.

- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the street.

- Pets upon request. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (no cats). We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up

after your dog.

- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on,

turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you

make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
