This amazing pool home is all you need in Tampa to relax. The pool is heated between October- April. Sitting on a half-acre the property is located on the Rocky Creek Canal and has fishing available right across the street. This is a four roomy bedroom with 2 full bathroom w/ 2,000 sq ft of living space. There are TVs in every room and a 70" big screen in the family room. There are 3 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are also 2 sleeper sofas. There is seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a deck in the back with a table and chairs set in the shade, as well as a hammock to enjoy the outside beauty. The place is just amazing. The pool is heated to 82ºF

Pool was nice. Given trees near pool, it probably should have a pool cover. Having a 18v leaf blower would be nice for guests to blow off leave’s around pool tile. Corn hole bags need repair or replacement. Only two of the four stove burners worked. Ceiling fan in pool room has one fan blade needing to be reattached. Venetian blinds in master bedroom don’t work .

The best pool ever. Large and heated!

The house was good and the pool amazing. Very large pool and also heated. 11 grandchildren used it at different times during our month stay. Almost no problems for a full month.

A very spacious comfortable home.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this large and comfortable home. It is centrally located and seems to be about 15-20 minutes from anything you want to do , shop, Dunedin baseball games, Clearwater and the Tampa airport. I will certainly make an attempt to book this property next year at MLB spring training time. The owner was very helpful when needed and very receptive when we arrived.

Convenient and comfortable, well stocked

The house was great, met our needs perfectly. Communication with host was fast and easy. The pool could use a cleaning but that's how it is when it rains every day. Had a better than typical assortment of kitchen items, which helped tremendously because we did a lot of cooking. Location is on a busy road and getting in an out of the driveway was sometimes a challenge but it is convenient to anything you could need. There were many thoughtful touches (a stroller, first aide kit, a selection of coffee pods and condiment packets, spices, etc) Would recommend to friends and family who come into the area.

Perfect for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was a perfect place to relax and get away. Perfect location, we had activities in Tampa, Clearwater and Orlando. The pool area was perfect for the kids, though this time of year it was quite cold, of course that didn't stop them. The house had everything we needed even a washer and dryer and security system. Its very clean and organized. The owner and management we're very easy to work with and available to assist if we needed them. We would definitely stay there again. Wonderful vacation!!

10 of us rented this house for 3 days and it comfortably fit all 10 people. The pics do not do this place justice, this house is amazing! From the master suite to all the other rooms, it is such a nice place. Everyone in my party really enjoyed this house. Javier was super easy to work with. Very responsive and great communication from the get go. For the price point, this is definitely a great place to stay and would stay here again the next time we are in Tampa.

Good week

No hand towels and only one cereal bowl. We bought 2 hand towels and 4 cereal bowls and left them. Couldn't get the same channels on bedroom TV's that we could get on main TV.
