Check it out! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Mattress needs to be upgraded

The beach access was an easy walk. We enjoyed the condo it’s nice and is tastefully decorated. Our only complaint is the mattress was very saggy and needs to be replaced.

Perfect getaway

This was our second year staying at this condo we absolutely love it. It’s cozy and just right for us. I definitely recommend this place for a couple to get away and it’s so close to everything we love especially the ocean!

2024 Vacation

Amazing! Super clean and cozy

My wife, my 7 month old son and myself all stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. I was nervous about how it would be with him but it was the most fun trip and way better than I could have imagined. Our condo was super cozy and convenient, we will be back!

Clean condo, I would have liked a Swiffer to use since wood floors and sand comes in from beach. I stayed 2 weeks . A Rug in bathroom would be nicer too, it only had the hotel style bath rug, I asked to have another one for in the front of the sink and laundry said no. I really liked how you changed the studio into a bedroom! Condo updated really nice except for bath tub. I tried to stay again for January and February but I had to cancel my stay for the owner wanted it back. I will try another time. Very close to beach is a huge plus! Thank you sunny Florida.

Perfect getaway

Loved how cozy this place was. Especially. Since it’s right across the street from the ocean !!!!!!! It’s a cozy romantic get away for a couple may be too small for a family. But it was perfect for us !

All was good except for difficulty of getting deadbolt to unlock door. Happened 2x & had to ask for assistance, which I received promptly, once from office person & maintenance, once from evening security.

Great location, close to the beach and different attractions and restaurants. Had everything to accommodate our needs towels and wash clothes and different kitchen appliances and dishes as well. I would recommend packing paper towel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my husband stayed here for two nights for my birthday. The check in was kinda crazy. They couldnt find our reservations at first so it took extra time and my husband having to go back to the guard shack place and then they eventually looked down and saw our name 🙄. Once we got past that it was fine. The walk to the beach wasnt far at all. The beach was beautiful. That was our most important feature. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Kinda small, but it worked. One thing i didnt like was the tv. Their was no netflix or anything available. Just cable tv. Which sucks IMO 😕. Ive never stayed somewhere without options for netflix or hulu, etc. Overall we had a good time.

Nice Location

This condo was located minutes away from the beach, shopping restaurants, very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our check in process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a little bummer is the bedroom gets so very cold and the pull out couch area is very warm. Maybe a ceiling fan would help get the temperature a little more consistent. Otherwise beautiful condo, very clean and we enjoyed our first trip to Destin.
