The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon Checking Out:
1. Throw ALL Trash in the bin outdoors.
2. Turn off ALL lights/Lamps.
3. Lock ALL doors before departure.
4. Turn tvs off and place all remotes on the tv stand near the tv.
There is a neighbor who has roosters that can be vocal!
ONLY 2 cars to park at the home!
As a gentle reminder, WE DO NOT PERMIT pets, parties, inside smoking, or unregistered guests.
Make sure that only the number of guests listed on the reservation is at the home, there is $50 fee per guest per night for unregistered guests!
DO NOT access the garage and master closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
