This 4 bedroom, plus loft and 3.5 bathroom beautifully renovated, main house is just 2 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park! The property is a short drive to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Estes Park. The convenient location is sure to be the best launch pad for activities for everyone in your group!

On the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom, a queen bed and full bathroom and half bath next to the kitchen.
Enjoy an updated kitchen that opens to the comfortable living room with plenty of seating for the entire group. The dining area that comfortably seats six, and the laundry area are also located on the main floor. Also on the main floor is a massive great room with pool table, full bathroom and sliding door to the expansive panoramic deck.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2-queen beds) and 1- daybed with trundle. These rooms share a full bathroom Additionally, the downstairs has a large living area with poker table and fireplace.

A custom designed kitchen carefully curated to make your vacation a delightful experience! If you love technology, there is a smart LG TV with local cable and streaming apps. This home has been in our family 50 years. The house has its own quirks, that have been maintained with some DIY love.
We aren't managed by a large company and will do our best to help you navigate our beloved Estes Panorama.

There are two attached apartments that are not part of the listing. The downstairs apartment is occupied by our property managers who may or may not be onsite during your stay. The other apartment is a private to the ownership and not included in the listing. There are no shared spaces and each has private entry.

We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: RENTERS are not permitted to bring, store or use golf carts, ATVS, boats or trailers on McFarland RE property.
Grills may only be used when the Wildfire Risk rating is LOW, according to Colorado Emergency Management.
