Tucked at the end of a quiet street surrounded by mature trees, this peaceful property offers privacy, tranquility, and breathtaking layered mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the spacious deck while soaking in the scenery.

NOTE: The fireplace was blocked by the condo association and is not currently functional.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtful updates throughout: new flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stylish furnishings, and a brand-new walk-in shower on the main level. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all trash in the bins provided, making sure the containers are closed and secured.
Winter, turn thermostat down to 60 degrees. (Do NOT turn off the heat!) Summer, turn thermostat up to 80 degrees.
Please close and lock all windows and doors, and ensure the hot tub cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved the condo! The location was great since we could just walk to the slopes. The views were awesome. The beds were comfortable, etc. And the price was reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.
