Screened in Lanai, 2 bedroom 1 bath, queen sized beds. full size restored bathroom- shower only. old Sanibel charm! Tiled floors, beach gear, all you need! you will return again and again! New Washer and dryer inside. A sheller's and bikers paradise! WIFI internet, flatscreen TV, CABLE, Great Cell Tower Nearby, microwave, stove, oven, electric grill, beautiful handy location! Golf course two blocks away. Sanibel has many beautiful beaches. NOW OPEN!

We live in Broomfield Colorado and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado together in 1976. Diane earned an MA in Classics from the University of Colorado in 1986. Dave is a CPA and a CFP(r). We have two grown daughters with degrees from CU Boulder. We love the getaway atmosphere of Sanibel Island.

Why they chose this property

We visited Sanibel many times in recent years. Diane fell in love with the Shell Cottage when our next door neighbors from Colorado moved to Bonita Beach, Terri and Robin found it and showed it to her in April of 2014.The Neighborhood is a small development of 8 Units which share a newly restored pool and lots of common area next to the Sanibel River. It is very peaceful with a lot of lush island vegetation
