Great split level condo with an excellent location. Entryway is non-standard as you enter via a patio in the back, but it was fine once you figured that out. Beds were nice, place was clean, and overall we’d stay again.

Overall it was very nice on the second level. The first level bathroom needs some help. The only outlet was on the left side of the toilet and there was no lid on the toilet It was impossible for me to dry my hair or use anything that required a plug due to the placement of the outlet as well as the wire would have to go over the open toilet.

Great location and space for family+

We loved our stay here! We had two families and it was great to have the kids down stairs and the adults on the main floor. The location was also wonderful, walkable to so much in the city!

Birthday stay

We stayed here for my 40th birthday girls trip and it was perfect! The location was outstanding. We were able to walk just about everywhere with plenty of food, drink and shopping options.

Great location for your Asheville stay. Three nice king bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one is shared). There is another bathroom on the bottom floor if the upstairs bathroom is occupied. Not a lot of natural light and 2 bedrooms are like caves which can be great for sleeping. The kitchen is decently appointed so cooking breakfast or a simple meal is possible. Be aware that the ground floor space is shared with the common area of the residential part of the building so be sure the door is closed and locked to the other space. Be prepared to park in the parking deck on Wall St or the Aloft deck. Street parking is very limited and is still paid 6 days a week. Wall St is only 15 so it’s not crazy but you don’t get in/out privileges. The space was very clean and the AC worked well. Read the entry instructions carefully. You enter by crossing thru the outdoor space of the Foggy Mtn brew pub which is strange but it works. Great location for a long weekend esp if you want to be close to downtown and south slope spots in AVL.

Perfect for our group!

The layout of this condo is odd, but for our group it worked perfectly. Neighborhood was great! We were within walking distance of great restaurants and all the things we were there for. Beds were comfortable!!!

Condo perfectly located downtown. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Easy checkin / checkout. Parking garage nearby. Great trip! Would definitely rent again.

outstanding location, nifty architecture

our party stayed in both the 101 and 102 units, which connected through the basement. Perfect location for an extended family (esp. one that likes to sample the local restaurants). Teenagers through grandmothers were pleased by the whole experience.

Great Location!

Needed a place for a group of friends that was close to downtown and walkable to all of Asheville and this place delivered. Communications were great with property manager and very easy. Place has everything you need and great for groups. Parking is only challenge as their is no dedicated parking but there are a couple of parking garages very close. Would stay again.

Property was ok. Location is excellent, unit is strange set up. Basement/living room great for families with kids, pointless for adults. Nicely equipped, try using some fabric softener on the towels… like drying off with sandpaper. Overall good place, pricey for the overall experience.

Perfect location to explore downtown Asheville

It was the perfect spot in my opinion. Right in the middle of downtown, and all the bars/restaurants are 5-10 mins walk. Check in was easy and Brian was very responsive. We did not have any issues at all. Our group had a great time in Asheville. We were able to go to a various places with short breaks in between.

Thanks for the feedback. The area in the rear that is the path to access the entry is owned by our neighbors and we're getting some new owners in adjacent properties up to speed on maintenance. Everyone is happy to do the work because it's a nice walkway. Not everyone was aware of the shared work. We're not sure what you're talking about with the TV. We use a streaming service and the connection is wired and we have a very fast connection into the building.

Amazing!

It’s PERFECT for a stay in downtown Asheville! Our family (including grandparents, us, 2 year old and 6 month old) has a wonderful stay! Location is amazing and right across from the Lobster Trap which is delicious! Entrance is in the back of a pub which was fun to run out and have a drink without venturing too far if necessary. You heard absolutely zero outside noise either. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend!

Awesome location. Beds were comfortable and showers were awesome. The doors need to be adjusted. The master bathroom door hinges were very loose which made the door hard to close. Other than that it was awesome.

Great location

The property is in a great location, you can walk anywhere downtown. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms are cozy, each has a sound machine. The instructions were very clear on finding and entering the property and parking. The negatives are the lack of windows (only 1) and the strange layout with one if the bathrooms downstairs. Could definitely be updated but overall served its purpose.

In the middle of everything downtown

This property has a ton of space and is a very short walk to pretty much anywhere in downtown Asheville. It was well stocked with the basics (soap, paper products, coffee, etc.) The only issue we had was resolved very quickly with an email. The split layout was a little odd, but that's what happens when old buildings get repurposed and renovated. We had no issues with noise from street traffic, the pub, or the other apartments.
