Unwind in our brand new (just finished in November!) studio apartment located in the quiet Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline, minutes north of Seattle. Suepr close to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, light rail, charming downtown Edmonds with ferry access, coffee shops, tons of gourmet restaurants, grocery stores, Costco. Comfy queen bed plus a couch that folds down into full bed. Private entrance with your own private, non-shared yard. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, all utensils and cookware you'll need to cook and enjoy meals. Bathroom with tiled shower and soap/shampoo/conditioner supplied. Full size closet and full washer & dryer. Dedicated parking space right by front door.
