After exploring The Strand`s shops & restaurants nearby, gather around the firepit in the backyard for a delightful end to the day. Please note, being a duplex, the outdoor amenities are shared with the downstairs unit.

The Century Cottage offers ample space for families and friends to spread out and relax. This two-story unit, occupying the top two floors of the duplex, features a comfortable layout with an open-concept living area on the main floor. As you enter, the living room welcomes you, perfect for movie nights or game nights. The open flow seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area, which comfortably seats two at the table with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Each floor offers convenient sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, a bedroom with two queen beds is located just off the living room, perfect for families with young children. Following the hallway, you`ll find a king-size bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom, offering a private retreat for parents or couples. Another full bathroom is conveniently located at the end of the hallway.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide further sleeping options. One bedroom features two queen beds, ideal for siblings or friends sharing a room. The other upstairs bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating larger groups with varying sleeping needs.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the home or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted.
- Do not turn the thermostat below 70 degrees.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
