The property is beautiful, the room was clean and welcoming. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed the trails and wildlife. The caretaker was super nice and helpful. Everything was as advertised and lovely! We will definitely be returning! If you want a beautiful getaway, nothing else compares.

About the host
Hosted by Anna Lee
Peace Valley is a family property that holds a lot of meaning for us. What started as a quiet retreat has grown into something we’re continuing to thoughtfully build and share with others.
We spend time on the property throughout the year and care deeply about maintaining it as a peaceful, welcoming space. While we respect our guests’ privacy, we’re nearby if anything comes up and want your stay to feel easy and well supported.
We’ve put a lot of care into creating spaces that feel calm, connected to nature, and designed for slowing down.
Why they chose this property
Peace Valley is tucked away in the natural beauty of Caddo Gap, surrounded by forest, open land, and quiet stillness that’s hard to find elsewhere.
One of the things we love most is how immersed you feel in nature—whether it’s watching deer pass through the property, seeing mist rise off the pond in the morning, or simply enjoying the quiet.
You’re also within easy reach of hiking, crystal mining in nearby Mount Ida, and exploring the Ouachita Mountains, making it a perfect mix of peaceful retreat and outdoor adventure.
What makes this property unique
What makes Peace Valley special is the combination of space, privacy, and connection to nature. The property spans over 70 acres, giving guests room to explore, unwind, and experience a slower pace.
Each cabin has its own distinct feel, but all are designed with the same intention—simple, comfortable spaces that let the natural surroundings take center stage.
From kayaking on the pond to spotting wildlife or enjoying a quiet morning on the porch, it’s a place that feels removed from everything—while still being easy to settle into.
