The Space:
Our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a rustic mountain-cabin feel with all the modern comforts of home. With space for the whole family, it's the perfect setting for your Mammoth Lakes getaway.
LIVING ROOM:
Kick back on the spacious sectional and enjoy a movie night on the 55-inch smart TV. For a classic mountain evening, cozy up by the stone fireplace with a blanket and hot chocolate, or gather your group for a round of board games.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Prepare a hearty après-ski meal in the refreshed, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for four, or grab a casual bite at the four-person breakfast bar.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
Sleep soundly in the luxurious king-size bed. This room features a 50-inch smart TV, a Nest-controlled wall heater for personalized comfort, a ceiling fan, and private access to a full bathroom.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Perfect for kids or a second family, this room includes two bunk beds, each with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top. It also has its own smart TV and Nest-controlled wall heater.
BALCONY:
Step out onto the private balcony to take in the crisp mountain air.
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire condo and one dedicated garage parking space. As our guest, you also have full access to the fantastic amenities at the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club, including:
Two year-round hot tubs
Sauna
Game Room with a pool table and lounge
Heated pool (Summer only)
Tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts (Summer only)
Picnic areas with BBQs (Summer only)
The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in a part of town closest to the ski lifts, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The condo is a 10 min walk to the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge and a 20 min (1 mile) walk to the nearest shops/restaurants in the Village. The location is perfect for anyone who values the convince of staying close proximity to the mountain.
*NOTE* Our condo is located close to Canyon Lodge. While many consider it a short easy walk it can also be challenging to others depending on weather conditions, gear, number of kids, and ones physical condition.
Getting Around:
- 5 min walk to nearest Blue Line shuttle stop on Canyon Blvd. This is a free shuttle that stops every 20-30 min that loops between the Village and Canyon Lodge.
- 10 min walk to the chairlifts at Canyon lodge base area. See house manuel inside condo for a printout showing the quickest/easiest walking route to Canyon Lodge.
- 20 min (1 mile) walk to the Village. Please be mindfull in winter months as this walk can be cold and snowey.
Other Things to Note:
STEEP DRIVEWAY: The driveway to our complex is steep. Guests are highly encouraged to travel with tire chains or 4X4/AWD in the winter months (Nov - April)
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET: Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi, perfect for streaming or remote work.
LAUNDRY: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for your use within the building. Washer and Dryer require $1.00 in quarters per load.
