Our onsite boat ramp allows you easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. Park your boat at the marina and enjoy the convenience of hoping on and off.

You’ll have access to plenty of resort-style amenities—a community pool, hot tub, marina, tennis courts, BBQ area, playground, and even a private beach just a short walk away. There’s also an on-site café and bar if you’d rather grab a bite or a drink without leaving the property.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find endless options nearby: go deep-sea fishing, visit the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary, or take a quick drive to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park to snorkel among coral reefs and tropical fish. Everything about this condo was wonderful! The view is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The condo is nicely furnished and Anne was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

The condo was as described, clean and sufficiently equipped. Beds were comfortable, the complex had a lot of options for activities, however the weather was not good so we were not able to take advantage of them. Check-in and Check-out was easy.

The property was just as pictured on the site! We loved the view from the balconies (yes, two!!!). The host was superior in supplying our basic needs upon arrival. More importantly, she was extremely responsive to our questions during our stay (usually responding within a few minutes--even on Christmas day!!). The property is conveniently located in the keys so it's not too far to Miami or Key West. We absolutely loved our stay! If we come back to the Keys, we will definitely stay here again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and the decorations were beautiful, and spacious for us 5 adults. The pool was huge, warm, and crystal clear, with plenty of seating options around the pool. The hot tub was very large, and perfect temperature. The community was friendly, peaceful, and the grounds were well maintained with lots of beautiful vegetation. Our favorite part was watching the feral cats and raccoons near the back of condo building. The owner was extremely responsive and a pure pleasure to work with. Everything was perfect, it was hard for us to leave.
