Cozy, clean, and modern private and centrally-located Capitol Hill apartment, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood boasting lots of light, a fully-stocked kitchen, dedicated work area AND a private patio on a quiet, tree-lined street! Explore the city just outside your door, LESS than 1 mile from DC’s nerve center, Union Station. Our lovely one bedroom apartment is perfect for traveling families, couples & business travelers.

The Space:
Cozy but perfectly formed, our apartment can comfortably sleep 4 guests. The primary bedroom has a plush queen size bed, pull out sofa bed in the living space which has a comfortable topper located in the closet.

We can sleep 4 guests with the following configuration:
Primary Bedroom queen bed - Sleeps 2
pull out sofa bed in the Living space - Sleeps 2

Designed with the everyday traveler in mind, guests need only turn the key, and find themselves in a clean, modern space they can make their own & create memories that will last long past your stay!

With all modern amenities included, you can rest easy knowing your stay will be stress free!

The property boasts a swivel TV, complete with smart streaming and local channels, so guests can watch their favorite shows from the bedroom OR the front room!

Laptop friendly workspace complete with desk area and excellent WiFi is perfect for the traveling executive - lots of DC reading material to get sucked into on those rainy days!

There is a darling patio area outside; unwind with a glass of wine or a cup of joe next to a beautiful Japanese maple tree.

Not only is there plenty of unrestricted street parking in front of the house (on a first come first serve basis), the neighboring side street offers unrestricted, overnight, parking from 7:30pm - 7am.

We also offer visitor parking passes upon request to make street parking – both in front of the house and in the neighborhood – easier. If you would rather have a guaranteed, private, off-street space for a small fee, please inquire when making your reservation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit, it is not shared. AC & Heating is controlled in unit, so guests will be totally in control!

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just a short walk away from Capitol Hill hotspots and H Street Corridor. In less than 20~ minutes, you can walk to H Street, Eastern Market, Barracks Row, Lincoln and Stanton Parks, Union Market and Gallaudet University.

H Street Corridor: Walk 5 minutes to the most popular bars and restaurants in the H Street Corridor. The neighborhood is teeming with amazing and highly-rated restaurants, lively and unique bars as well as a plethora of entertainment options! From live music, comedy, improv, and stage plays, those interested in the arts or just looking to see something new will not be disappointed!

Capitol Hill: Walk 10 minutes along tree-lined streets to Lincoln Park where you can enjoy a picnic with locals and friends or sit at local favorite café Wine & Butter – or Stanton Park. In 15-20 minutes, you can walk to Eastern Market and Barracks Row – filled with some of the best restaurants, bakeries, artisans, bars and DC’s largest farmers market.

You’re also a short walk to Union Market and Gallaudet University, and a few minutes’ Uber/Lyft ride from a number of other areas, including the Smithsonian museums, Chinatown and Navy Yard, as well as those above. Don’t feel like walking much? In less than 5 minutes, local favorite Jacob’s Coffee House and critically-acclaimed Pascual are just around the corner.

Getting Around:
We’re an easy walk, bus, drive or metro around the city! There is plenty of free street parking and a ton of available taxis and Ubers nearby.

If you feel like taking a stroll, Eastern Market, Barracks Row, Lincoln Park, Stanton Park, H Street, Union Market, the Capitol, and Union Station are all within walking distance.

We are one-three blocks away from several Capital Bikeshares and bus lines, including the D6, 92, 90, X8 & more! The X8 Bus can take you directly to the Capitol Building in under 20 minutes, or bike there in LESS than 10.
