House needs some TLC
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The staff person that came to the house I give 109% to they were responsive and wonderful. The house itself may not be old but needs some TLC, upon entering the house it smells like mouth balls , carpet is stained,broken blinds stuffed in drawers, not enough seating for the 8 people the house can accommodate. Had one major incident toilet overflowed thru ceiling flooded the downstairs hall. Although quick to respond the repair folks left mud across floors and filthy towels we had to spend our vacation cleaning up. The pool heat although you pay extra really needs the sun to kick in to make it actually feel warm to swim. Hot Tub is wonderful although in neither pool or hot tub there are any hand rails to help a person even teenager to get in and out . Traffic wise not convenient to Disney parks 21 miles took over 90 minutes to succeeded we left several different times between 7-12 noon , Grocery store and small eateries wonderful . We would not go back to this house ....
