A starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials is provided for your convenience. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for replenishing their own supplies.

For security purposes, a valid photo ID is required for all guests included on the reservation.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome subject to the following requirements:

$125 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets
A photo and current veterinary records are required for each pet
Dogs are permitted for long-term stays
Cats are permitted for stays of less than 3 months

🛋️ Linens & Air Mattresses
Extra linens and air mattresses must be requested before arrival. Please note the following:

8 guests or fewer: No extra linens or air mattresses provided
9–10 guests: 1 air mattress provided
12–13 guests: 2 air mattresses with linens provided
Additional bedding may be available for an extra charge

📺 TV
The living room is the only area equipped with a TV. The couch may have recently been replaced, so please feel free to contact us before booking if you would like confirmation regarding the current furniture setup.
