The images on-line don’t disappoint, this is a beautiful home with easy access to Istria. The pool terrace, with the vineyards close enough to touch was amazing!

A great villa in a good location

The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

We received a very warm welcome and were shown into a spotless, beautifully prepared house (thanks for the wine, olive oil, ice, and beer!!). The layout is spacious, the kitchen perfectly equipped for us hobby cooks, and the inviting pool right in front of the large windows was a highlight. The property is surrounded by trees and vineyards, with plenty of delicious rosemary growing everywhere – we felt completely at home. The house is set in a lovely landscape, not too far from shops and the beach, yet pleasantly less touristy than the coastal areas. Many thanks to the attentive and very helpful host, and we wish all future guests a wonderful stay!

We spent a wonderful holiday week in your Villa Luka

Hello Ivan, Tamara and Luka, we spent a wonderful holiday week in your Villa Luka and really felt very comfortable! You gave us a very warm welcome. In addition to very tasty welcome gifts, we received all the important information about the house and the area. Ivan was always very helpful and gave us very good tips about good restaurants, beautiful beaches and other places to visit. The house was very well furnished and generously equipped. Nothing was missing and everything worked very well. Top quality! The environment of Villa Luka is very quiet. Everything around the house is green, the recreational value is very high. Labin can be reached quickly and offers everything you need on vacation! Thanks again to Ivan and his family for your great hospitality. We can definitely recommend Villa Luka and look forward to seeing you again!

Wir hatten wunderschöne und entspannte Ferien. Ivan ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und toller Gastgeber. Auf die Kids hat ein leckeres Eis im Gefrierschrank und auf uns kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank gewartet. Man spürt, dass man sehr willkommen ist. Der Pool ist einfach das Highlight.Auch über die Ausstattung vom Haus kann man nicht meckern. Die Badewanne könnte man vielleicht zusätzlich mit einem Duschvorhang ausstatten.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.Einziger kleiner Tipp: In den Schränken wären etwas mehr Böden für die Ablage der Kleidung besser.

Sehr schönes Haus.....echt netter Vermieter....es fehlt an nichts.....schöne ruhige Lage.....nur ca 10 Minuten bis zun nächsten großen Supermarkt....kleine Laden mit den nötigen Dingen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier, wir wurden super herzlich empfangen, im Kühlschrank warteten schon gekühlte Getränke und Eis für die Kids. Die Kommunikation mit Ivan war super unkompliziert und er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist ein Traum und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder…

Perfekter Urlaub

Tolles, großes Haus mit hochwertiger und moderner Ausstattung, riesiger Garten, mit Terrasse und Gasgrill, alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der große Pool im Garten, dieser bietet stets eine willkommende Erfrischung, ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt, absolut ruhig, Blick ins Grüne und dennoch zentral. Die Begrüßung durch Iwan war herzlich, Kühlschrank war mit kühlen Getränken gefüllt, vielen Dank an den super netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir sind absolut begeistert.

Einfach toll!

Sehr nette, gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Tolles Haus mit Pool, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und viel Platz. Vor allem den BBQ haben wir oft genutzt. Super fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Badetage am Strand.

Empfehlenswertes Unterkunft

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Alles ist makellos sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Kommunikation mit Ivan verlief reibungslos, und er erwies sich als großartiger Gastgeber, der uns zu Beginn mit einer großzügigen Begrüßung aus Olivenöl, Likör, Wein, Eis und Feigen überraschte. Er gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps. Außerdem gibt es einen Markt gleich um die Ecke, wo man frisches Brot für das Frühstück kaufen kann. Die Stadt Labin ist auch in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und verfügt über mehrere Supermärkte, die sogar sonntags geöffnet haben. Der Strand in Rabac ist ebenfalls nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir sind absolut begeistert von dieser Unterkunft!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren Anfang September zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen! Wir wurden von Ivan sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ivan ist ein zuvorkommender und herzlicher Gastgeber und war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Haus exakt wie auf den Bildern im Internet abgebildet vorgefunden: der Pool ist echt klasse, die Außenanlage total gepflegt und idyllisch (zwischen Bäumen und Weinfeldern)... Das Haus selbst bietet sehr viel Platz und ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch wenn man im Urlaub mal ausgiebiger kochen möchte. Sowohl Aussenanlage als auch Haus waren total sauber! Die Lage war für uns optimal: die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis nach Labin (und vor allem den Lidl mit den leckeren kroatischen Gebäcken) benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten und der Strand Girandella in Rabac ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir sagen vielen Dank für alles und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
