This cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bath A-frame cabin is located in Munds Park, AZ — a peaceful, safe, and residential area just 20 minutes south of Flagstaff, 40 minutes from Snow Bowl, 45 minutes from Sedona, and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. Munds Park features restaurants, a convenience store, 4-wheeler rentals, Lake O’Dell, scenic hiking trails, and quiet streets perfect for strolling.

The Space
Our cabin is unique as one of the few A-Frames with AC and heating. Recently remodeled, everything inside is brand new, including a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Far enough from the freeway to ensure peace and quiet, it also offers a private backyard perfect for relaxing or fun family activities. Whether you’re visiting with friends or family, you’ll enjoy having your own space. Both the main cabin and the studio feature separate kitchens, each equipped with utensils and essentials. The studio kitchen comes with a coffee maker, microwave, and portable stove—perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Guest Access
Guests have the entire cabin to themselves. You can book either a single cabin or both for larger groups. Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles, including trailers, and a large front yard, nice cozy backyard for private space, Bbq grill and garage space add convenience.

Other Things to Note

Roads are plowed regularly in winter, but we recommend driving a vehicle with AWD/4WD/4x4.

Our driveway is cleared within 24 hours of snowfall. We are available 24/7 by phone if any issues arise.

The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably: 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, an additional mattress if needed, and a sofa bed.
