Perfect location

Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. This was our second time staying at Ocean Vista Towers, and we will definitely be back. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Serene Getaway

This was a great condo unit to stay in. The view was incredible. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The credit for beach gear was awesome. Loved every minute staying here.

Not up to usual standard

The location was great, and I have stayed with this company before and generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, this particular visit was not as enjoyable. The check-in process was more difficult than expected. The instructions did not work, and we had to wait for a new access code. The following day, I was asked if we had made it in, and I confirmed that we had. I was then told that the system showed we had checked in before 4:00, which was not accurate and was frustrating to hear. There were also a few maintenance issues during our stay. A couple of the bathroom sinks were clogged, the kitchen sink had a strong sewer-like smell, and the TV in the master bedroom never worked. I was told a technician would come by to address the TV, but no one ever came. Although I know not a company issue, noise was another issue. The neighbors were loud at night, including several men standing outside the window talking loudly. Security was notified the following day, but unfortunately the noise continued that same night. The combination of the check-in issues, maintenance problems, and nighttime noise made this stay less pleasant than my previous experiences.

The rental had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. The view of the beach was amazing and everything was easily accessible…pool, pet area, parking annd the beach! We loved being able to walk to get morning coffee, souvenirs and even groceries.
