Why they chose this property

I grew up in this house. Once my mom passed, I let it sit for 10 years. In 2025, I made the decision to completely renovate the home from top to bottom, investing significant time, care, and resources to restore it to its full beauty.

This is more than just a rental property—it's my family home and a part of my family's legacy. Because of that, I am looking for guests and tenants who will treat the home with the same respect and care that I have put into it. I take great pride in providing a beautiful, comfortable place to stay and appreciate those who value and care for it as if it were their own.

This home is truly special because it has been lovingly restored with both personal care and attention to detail. After sitting vacant for nearly a decade, the property underwent a complete top-to-bottom renovation in 2025, bringing new life to a home filled with history and character.
