Above all enjoy the tranquility of being one with nature yet close enough to world class beaches (15-20 minutes), Golf at Hacienda Pinilla (15 minutes), Fine Dining (20 minutes), and the nightlife of Tamarindo (30 minutes). Most of the beach roads in Costa Rica are dirt, so a SUV 4X4 is recommended.

Guests can relax while enjoying the local scenery and wildlife all from the comfort of their own private patio and pool. This includes birds, deer and of course the amazing Howler Monkeys. If you want to enjoy nature in comfort and luxury, this is the home for you.

The structure is cement with cement floors and teak ceilings. All the furniture was handcrafted by local artisans with fine quality wood of Guanacaste and teak. The resort style 40 foot swimming pool is amazing overlooking the canopy and the ocean.

This house is definitely a destination! The property manager will greet guests and take care of all their needs during their stay. There is a live-in grounds keeper on the property 24 hours a day.
