Enjoy all the comforts you need — from heating and AC to a full bath and shower — plus a large backyard that’s perfect for evening gatherings around the fire pit. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a family vacation, our home offers the warmth, comfort, and space to make everyone feel right at home. We’re in a great location with everything close by! Walmart and H-E-B are just 4 minutes away for any quick grocery runs. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants nearby, including Olive Garden, Golden Corral, Benihana, and Cheddar’s. For fun, the 300 Bowling Alley is only 3 minutes from the house, and Star Cinema Grill offers a dine-in movie experience just around the corner. If you’re in the mood for shopping, The Woodlands Mall is only a 12-minute drive away. And for a relaxing outdoor getaway, beautiful Lake Conroe is just 15 minutes away — perfect for boating, fishing, or enjoying the water views!

Wipe down the counters and stove after cooking, and throw away all trash and recycling in the bins provided. Please gather used towels in one spot, leave the beds unmade.
