Lovely quiet family get away.

Beautifully hand made wooden cabin perfect for a small family get away. Views out to the bush, plenty of native birds, pademelons and echidnas, wood fire (prepped and ready to light by the owner) and BBQ area outside. Host lives close by and was very helpful for settling in. Short drive to Sheffield, perfect location for accessing family day activities such as mole creek caves, raspberry farm and cradle mountain. Perfect space to unplug and go offline (limited phone reception and no wifi) while toasting marshmallows over the fire.

Extraordinaire !

Un joli chalet dans les bois, construit par son propriétaire au cœur d'une nature magnifique et très calme. Très confortable et calme. Totalement dépaysant et charmant. J'en garde un beau souvenir.

Magical escape

This gorgeous hand built cabin by Bruce contains timeless woodwork and details that bring the natural outdoors in. It’s like living in a movie. Wake up and/or nap to symphonies of birds outside and enjoy countless cups of tea while staring at the treetops. Very secluded, private, convenient to Sheffield and Launceston. Wonderful wonderful hosts :)
