Comfy gathering space in NE Austin with fantastic HOA amenities.
We lived in this house for 6 years prior to turning it into a vacation rental. We have worked hard over the years to make it a comfortable and inviting home. It's found in an established neighborhood with beautiful mature trees and fantastic HOA facilities with quick access to multiple highways. Bring your whole crew and enjoy spending some quality time together! We look forward to having you.
The wide open space downstairs is perfect for gathering. Fully loaded kitchen. Office space is also available in the bonus room downstairs. Pet-friendly with a fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor games. The play room upstairs has a full size ping pong table and nerf guns for the kids (or kids at heart)! All 4 bedrooms and a fully stocked laundry room are also upstairs.
