Location is very good with public beach access just across the street. FYI - Condo is on the 4th floor (1st floor is parking), so up three flights of stairs. While mostly clean, the HVAC air intake vent in the living room was covered with 1/4" of dust and pet hair. Although freshly painted, it seemed a little dated.

Excellent view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, the place was very clean and homely, everything in the kitchen that was needed was available, bed comfortable, shower good. Nice relaxing week.

Pretty and comfortable condo in a perfect location for the beach and local shops and restaurants. Pool was a welcomed treat every day after getting so toasty at the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect location on Carolina Beach island! You are just a couple blocks from the ocean, an easy walk to the public entrance, and you can view the ocean from the deck of this condo!

Our first time to Carolina Beach and we really like the area, better than Myrtle Beach. It's a good family destination. The check-in was simple and their is plenty of kitchen ware. The unit washer and dryer were a nice convenience. It's a very short walk to the beach and the pool is just outside the building.

Wonderful stay

We loved our weekend at this property! It was a short walk to the beach and my boys loved he pool access! We had an issue with the washer while we were there and the property manager was quick to respond and available to help. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Beach stay

The boys walked to the Ferris wheel at Carolina beach from condo twice (about a mile) all the way via beach. They loved it! Public access to beach is just across the street. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were comfie. Kitchen could use some updating but everything we needed was there! We had a great stay

Carolina Beach condo stay

From start to finish very easy experience and true to form with property description. Quiet location and easy beach access. Short drive or bike ride to the boardwalk. All in all a fun relaxing time. We would stay here again.
