Completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just 3/4 mile to Main Street and Lake Louise Park in Weaverville. Located 15 min from Downtown Asheville, this home offers modern amenities, large dining & living areas, plus spacious outdoor spaces.
Weaverville offers several dining & shopping options, 3 breweries, a fabulous bakery and Nature Park. Lake Louise has a walking trail & playground; no swimming, but fishing ok with a permit.
I am local to the area having lived in Weaverville for 45 years.
The entire upstairs of the home - approximately 1300 sq ft.
This was a family home and we have lovingly updated it for guests to enjoy. Modern touches throughout yet warm, welcoming touches.
There may be other guests in the downstairs unit at some point during your stay. Areas are completely separate.
No smoking, no candles please.
