Set on the top floor of a historic building,the apartment embraces its original character: exposed beams, angled ceilings and intimate proportions.
Just steps from the sea,it offers a sunlit living room, a sleeping nook,a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a view you’ll likely carry with you for a while. Suited to slow mornings,inspired evenings and everything in between. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building without an elevator. (Yes, you will have earned that croissant!).
Casa Taulissa is set within a historic building and shaped by its original architecture. Some areas feature lower ceilings and unique spatial details that are part of its character. We invite guests to move mindfully and enjoy the space as it was intended. Your comfort matters to us, and as with any home, guests remain responsible for their own wellbeing during their stay.

We host with intention and welcome guests who appreciate character, atmosphere and thoughtfully designed spaces. A short introduction about yourselves and what brings you to Nice is always warmly received.

We like to keep things gentle here for our guests and for the planet. The apartment is built around natural materials. We also wash with natural chemical-free soaps, air-dry everything and wait until laundry has truly gathered before washing, a slower rhythm that saves water and energy and aligns with our way of living.

We chose this part of Vieux Nice for its character, the scale, light and the way life unfolds between the narrow streets and the sea.
It has a rhythm that feels very different from the rest of the city, and that’s what I wanted to preserve in the space.
