Cute two bed apartment in Old Town Nice

Great location on a quiet residential street. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and was very communicative/accessible if we needed anything!

This was an excellent location. Paul was very nice and allowed us to check in a little earlier than planned. The apartment was roomy except for the bathroom. Everything was clean. The kitchen supplies could be improved and the bedding linens could be better. Overall we were very pleased with the apartment and would stay again when visiting Nice!

Firstly Paul was the perfect host, great communication and was waiting at the apartment for us when we arrived.The apartment itself is located in the old town, within minutes walk of bars, restaurants & shopping. It had all that we needed for our 3 night stay in Nice. Paul recommended the bus to Monaco & train back - such a great way to see the beautiful coastline. We also made use of the ‘city-lockers’ situated just around the corner so we could make the most of our last day in Nice.

Fantastic location to explore Old Nice and close to all the shops, restaurants and ocean! Paul was great to deal with and gave us great suggestions about where to eat and shop. He even provided a bottle of water, wine and apple juice and coffee to kick off our stay. It was really hot while we were there (August 2026), so the fans were super appreciated. If you are going in the summer, just know ahead of time there is no AC.

Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again.
