This house is more than just a vacation rental to us—it’s a true labor of love. This beautifully remodeled home offers your family a cozy and comfortable retreat, available for rent for the first time. Thoughtfully updated from top to bottom, it features a welcoming living room and a modern kitchen with all-new appliances on the first floor, along with a convenient half bath. The second floor includes two bedrooms and a full bath, while the spacious primary bedroom occupies the entire third floor. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and blinds, and the many windows invite in natural light, fresh breezes, and stunning sunrises.
Relax on the peaceful porch and take in the serene views of the meadows and bay. There’s ample off-street parking, and a storage shed stocked with kayaks and beach chairs for your enjoyment. The beach, restaurants, clubs, and recreational areas are all within easy walking distance—close enough for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the noise and traffic.
Each room has its own individually controlled air conditioning for personalized comfort. For families with young children, a portable crib, toys, and a baby beach tent are provided. Be the first to enjoy this family-oriented home and create unforgettable vacation memories.
