The unit was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There was trash left behind, the floors under the sofa cushions were dirty, and the trash cans were still full. The listing says it sleeps 12, but with only 8 guests we had just one towel downstairs.One of the bathrooms is extremely small, and there is no central A/C—only one small window unit for the entire studio, which was not enough.Overall, the property was not as advertised, and the cleanliness was very disappointing.

We booked the two‑apartment setup so we could be close to family and also have an easy train ride into Chicago. It ended up being perfect for our trip! Both apartments were quiet, clean, cute, and comfortable. The location was super convenient — a quick walk to the Green Line, and right across from the grocery store. We’d totally stay here again.
