No smoking or vaping inside the home. You may smoke outside, but please use ashtrays provided . No pets unless pre-approved. Only registered guest are allowed on property. Please remove sand before entering, rinise off off outside. Keep doors closed to help with a/c efficiency and to keep bugs out. Do not move indoor furniture outside. Fire pit& BBQ, use is weather permitting only. Never leave fires unattended, extinguish completely before covering or cleaning
