The cottage comes with a large deck for outdoor dining or just relaxing while enjoying an ocean breeze. The fourth bedroom is in an attached studio with a kitchenette and its own living area, making it the perfect spot for extended families, friends traveling together, or that little extra privacy while on vacation with your teenage children. It’s also the perfect spot for couples to enjoy an elegant and relaxed vacation.
You'll have everything you need at the Blue Sky Beach Cottage, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a fireplace, four televisions with cable, wifi, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, two outdoor showers, and more. Recently settled down in Florida after moving all over the world while raising a family and serving in the military. We look forward to sharing this beautiful stretch of the Space Coast with our guests.
Why they chose this property
Brevard County has so much to offer! The Space Coast is once again vibrant with weekly rocket launches, high-technology and military-industrial complex growth, and the cruise ship industry, all booming! Even with all this new commotion, Cocoa Beach still retains that "forgotten coast", laid-back appeal. Additionally, the Indian River Lagoon, the area that combines our two intercoastal waterways, is the most biologically diverse estuary in North America. Home to an array of marine plants, animals and endangered species. It's a critical nursery ground for fish, sea turtles, migratory birds and other great marine mammals. This area has it all - an ideal and diverse Florida vacation experience!
