Welcome to Manklin Creek Retreat, your serene waterfront getaway in Ocean Pines. This 3-bedroom + loft, 2.5-bath home offers multiple balconies with dining spaces, rockers, lounges, and beautiful views. Enjoy an 18 ft dock, peaceful surroundings, and a newly upgraded kitchen with 2023 granite countertops. Relax under the remote-control deck awning and take advantage of Ocean Pines amenities, available per guest fee. New photos coming soon.

LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy a bright, open living area perfect for gathering, plus an upstairs loft living room featuring a full-size futon with extra sheets in the closet. Each space offers comfortable seating, a TV (loft includes a DVD player), and plenty of room to relax after a day on the water.

KITCHEN:
The upgraded kitchen features new granite countertops (2023), modern appliances, toaster and large toaster oven, grilling utensils, serving bowls and platters, and a crab pot for seafood nights. You`ll also find ample cookware, utensils, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. Extra dining chairs make entertaining easy.

MASTER SUITE:
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom for added comfort. The two additional bedrooms also feature queen beds with TVs, ensuring a cozy stay for every guest.

LOFT ROOM:
The loft doubles as a secondary living area with a full-size futon, TV, and DVD player—ideal for extra sleeping space or a relaxing movie night.

EXTERIOR:
Soak in the stunning waterfront views from multiple balconies equipped with two tables, six chairs, rockers, side tables, and two loungers. The second-floor balcony also includes rockers and a side table. A remote-control deck awning provides shade when needed. Outside, enjoy a grill, quiet neighborhood setting, and direct access to the 18ft boat dock available for guest use. The home offers driveway parking for two vehicles.

Guests may pay per use for Ocean Pines amenities, including pools, golf, pickleball, playgrounds, and more.

STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.

Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.

Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.

Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.

If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Requests are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

While these encounters are part of the natural charm of our setting, we diligently treat our properties to minimize unwanted guests and maintain your comfort.

Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming or experience any issues with appliances, HVAC systems, electrical components, or cleanliness, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly and provide photographic evidence. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given. Our commitment is to provide a serene and delightful escape, and we are here to assist in making your experience as pleasant as possible, within the harmony of our natural surroundings.

Pool Access: Please note the community pools are managed by the building and not by us as hosts. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of the season.
