Great property but small issue

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful new property. Well stocked with all the things you would need. We had an issue that the granite on the bench in the shower was not secured and it fell on my husband’s foot, causing injury. The maintenance man then chuckled when he saw my husband and said, and I quote I heard you took one to the foot. I would think they would have been a bit more apologetic as this was a large piece of granite and caused quite a large amount of pain for him.

I am sorry this happened. I did not hear about the response from maintenance. I will certainly address this with their supervisor.
