Jolene and Jim are great owners. Their chalet was perfect for our 3 nights in Estes Park. LOVED that view from the deck/front room/upstairs bedroom. The chalet was clean and comfortable. The furniture on the deck was comfortable. We highly recommend this chalet for the reasons stated above and for its location in a very quiet area close to RMNP.

Black Canyon Chalet was clean, cozy and had amazing mountain views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, white water rafting, shopping the riverwalk in Estes Park, visiting the Stanley Hotel, The Ranch, hiking, a jeep tour in Rocky Mountain National Park and more! We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of Estes Park. You’re close to everything—walkable to downtown (with a big hill on the way back!), just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and conveniently located near local venues and attractions.

But what really made us fall in love with this spot is the view. No matter which window you look out of, the landscape is spectacular. Whether you’re waking up with the sunrise, sipping coffee in bed, relaxing in the living room, or enjoying time on the deck, there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house.
