About the host

Hosted by The Ledford with Glacier Gorge Property Management

Host profile image
We’re the Ledfords—Sheena, Kyle, and our son Brighton. While we currently call the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina home, Colorado holds a very special place in our hearts. We love travel, the outdoors, and creating spaces where people can truly settle in and feel at home.

We enjoy hosting because we know how meaningful a stay can be—not just a place to sleep, but a place to rest, reconnect, and make memories. Our hope is that your time here in Estes Park brings you joy, adventure, and a sense of presence, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of Estes Park. You’re close to everything—walkable to downtown (with a big hill on the way back!), just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and conveniently located near local venues and attractions.

But what really made us fall in love with this spot is the view. No matter which window you look out of, the landscape is spectacular. Whether you’re waking up with the sunrise, sipping coffee in bed, relaxing in the living room, or enjoying time on the deck, there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is the care and intention behind every detail. From the location and views to the way the space is set up, this home was thoughtfully designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into.

You’ll often see wildlife just outside the condo or along the road, adding to the magic of being in the mountains. Inside, the space has a true family-friendly vibe, with the little extras that make traveling with children, another couple, or just a solo escape—feel effortless. Everything is here with comfort, convenience, and rest in mind, so you can relax, feel at home, and truly enjoy your time in Estes Park.
