Amazing views! Wintergreen ground-level condo

Welcome to Vista Haus, a cozy 1BR / 1BA condo in the Cliffs condos at Wintergreen. The Cliffs are known for their amazing views overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and the ski slopes. Soak in the sunrise view from the living room, bedroom, or patio. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the unit is on the ground level, allowing for easy access in and out. Walk your dog directly out the back door! Managed by Chris at New School Hosting.

Vista Haus is located in the heart of beautiful Wintergreen in Virginia, which has tons to do for all ages, year-round. We are just a few minutes’ drive to the slopes and all the dining and entertainment at Wintergreen. Some of the best hiking trails in the state are off the Blue Ridge Parkway (15 minutes from the home), plus there are other great trails just down the street. Also nearby are two sandy-beach-entrance lakes plus a community pool for swimming, and over dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries- all within a 30 minute drive.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and custom-built live edge wood tables. The kitchen is full sized and fully loaded with plenty of bar seating. The bedroom features a queen bed and great views of the mountains.

Other things to note:

- Vista Haus is pet friendly! We allow 1 dog with a $50 pet fee (total, not per night).
- Wintergreen offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course, golfing, and much more.
- Motorcycles are not permitted at Wintergreen Resort
- The living room and bedroom have smart TVs where you can access whatever streaming services you subscribe to. We do not subscribe to cable.
- Linens and towels provided
- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate the permitted hours are 2-6pm).
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

A wonderful location overlooking the valley with wonderful views from the living room. The ground level patio with grass area is convenient those with pets. A great location for those wanting to hike and outdoor activities.

Had an amazing stay at this home. Truly amazing views. Perfect location close to the slopes but still with panoramic views. Nearby popular restaurant. The unit was cozy, well stocked, and relaxing. The host was phenomenal and check in / out was simple and painless.

The views and location were amazing. Check in was easy and it was peaceful and very quiet. The condo did not have hot tub towels mentioned in the details. The screen to the outside door was damaged and so we didn't use it to prevent bugs from entering. The bed seems small for a queen and was too soft for us. The blinds to the house were great to see outside and keep put heat, however, they made quite lot of noise and seemed to be broken but were operational. We did have to kill three to four centipede bugs by the light near the fireplace.

Great place with a fantastic host. Easy communication, but the WiFi was completely out, and while that is t a “fault” of the hosts, we had to leave the property to communicate with our family back home. I’m sure it’s be resolved and anyone should consider this as a good place to get away
